Temporary Resident Permits (TRPs)
You may apply for Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) to enter or remain in Canada as a permit holder if you are inadmissible to Canada or does not meet the requirements of Immigration and Refugee laws either as a temporary resident or as a permanent resident to enter or remain in Canada.
Some people misunderstand Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) with Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), but they both are completely different.
If your family members who are planning to accompany you to enter or remain in Canada are also inadmissible, they may have to apply their own Temporary Resident Permit.
You must understand that it is your responsibility as a permit holder to obey the laws of Canada, to take any action required to resolve your inadmissibility if you can and to leave or request another Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) before the expiry of your initial one.
If you are planning to apply for Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) to enter or remain in Canada, please contact your own Canadian Immigration Lawyer Bikramjit Singh to schedule a consultation meeting to discuss your matter.
